Please can anyone out help me gain access to my human rights?
I am being denied the right to a family life and my childrens welfare i not being taken into consideration!
My twin boys were taken from me last week against their will, they were screaming that they wanted to stay with me, their mummy!!
I hardly got a chance to say good bye!! I have always had custody and access to my children, however the father got with the Irish lobby group un-married fathers for justice and attempted to change the Irish Constitution!! the courts have used me and my boys as a Landmark test case in Ireland and have taken away my children by forcing them to reside in a country that is not of their birth nor their home!!
My other two children are suffering also by having their siblings taken away from them..I have not been able to speak to my son's as their father will not allow it!!
The English and Irish social services are looking into a child abuse case against this man and they tried to do a section 47 report here in England, where social workers look into the best interst and welfare of the children, however this was blocked by his legal team!!
One of the twins is autistic with severe intellectual disabilities and the only school that has been made available to him in Ireland is a four hour round trip by taxi, were we lived in England he attend a state of the art specialist autism school with a speech and language therapist on sight, now he is on a waiting list for any sort of clinical support in Ireland!!
It's just a nightmare situation for any parent to face!I
I am so worried about my children and I am finding this time very tough.. my eldest son was abused in an appauling manner by this man and he is still allowed to continue to abuse my twin boys!
Please does anyone know of anything that I can do??
Many thank & kind regards to all
Karen mum of four, Josh 11, Sean & Rian 6 year old twins and Sienna 9 months.. xxx

Get in touch with your local MP and see if you can get him to act on your behalf. write him a letter stating in what circumstances your twins were taken and that this man is abusive. Also mention in this letter that you are about to go to the papers to get the backing of the people. Your only hope is to get legal aid to fight this ridiculous law. I am so sorry you are facing this alone. Keep ringing social services every day if you have to, to get them to pull there fingers out and go and get your kids.

Hmmm....I posted here and it didn't show....so sorry you're going through this. It sounds crazy to me! I don't know the laws in Ireland because I'm from the states, but it sounds like Louise has some good advice.
