My twin girls are a month old and always hungry is it ok if I put a teaspoon of cereal in their milk?

It is normal for babies to be constantly hungry. Most infants feed every 2-3 hours. If you give them cereal, you will be replacing their nutrition with something just to fill their tummies, and they will not get what they need. Also, little tummies are not designed to digest anything other than breastmilk or formula at this age. Absolutely not a good idea.
