My twin girls are a month old and always hungry is it ok if I put a teaspoon of cereal in their milk?

Exactly what Jodi said. One month old babies are supposed to always be hungry. They just need more breast milk or formula again.

Plus it can be a choking hazard. so NO! maybe add another oz of formula if it seem like they are still really hungry after they eat?

NO!!!

It is normal for babies to be constantly hungry. Most infants feed every 2-3 hours. If you give them cereal, you will be replacing their nutrition with something just to fill their tummies, and they will not get what they need. Also, little tummies are not designed to digest anything other than breastmilk or formula at this age. Absolutely not a good idea.
