My big girl is three, she has vomited only twice in the 24hrs, shes not looking her self this morning I've given her water, she's never been sick with vomiting before so I was hoping someone could help me with what to feed her?

The BRAT diet: Banana, rice, apple, toast. Water, or pedialyte (electrolytes are necessary if she's losing fluids rapidly by vomiting.)

If her fever is high, or the vomiting does not stop within another day, call the physician.

If it continues and she has a high fever, call the pediatrician. They may want to see her.

Well, only feed her if she wants to eat. Don't force it on her, or she will vomit more. She may not want anything which is absolutely normal. If she needs fluids, you can offer a popsicle, water, pediatlyte, or gatorade. Small sips. If she drinks to quickly she will puke.

Crackers, toast, rice....anything that is gentle on the stomach. Nothing acid or harsh.
