I agree with Ev, 2 weeks isn't long enough for a noticeable weight loss.
Have a good look at your diet. To keep up your supply you need to drink a decent amount of water. Also make sure you are having healthy meals and snacks.
When you go for a walk to you walk fast to get your heart rate up or is it a stroll around the block? To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you are eating, that means getting the hear rate up for at least 30 mins and cutting out the junk food.
I found it harder to shift the weight after my 3rd at 35, you just have to work at it.

You can not expect results in two weeks. It takes a bit more time for weight to come off than that and it does not happen fast. You should also look at your diet and see if you need to change to healthier choices as well, drink more water or milk, lay off sweets, sodas, and junk. And sometimes as you grow older, your weight might not come off as easy as it did when you were younger. Also pregnancy changes your body too or did you not figure this out after the first two kids?
