I have developed tendinitis in both wrists. It's painful to lift, carry and change my daughters diapers. Trying to buckle and unbuckle car seat can induce tears. My daughter 21 months. Other than trying to potty train, sleep toddler bed or have her eat on floor I don't know how to give my wrists a break. I am unemployed SAHM and am like looking to go back to work. I need healthy wrists to type and write. Any suggestions???

Are you seeing a physician? You need to be wearing wrist braces and doing the exercises for alleviating carpal tunnel and tendonitis.

I've had to wear them for years.

Have you got braces on your wrists?
I'm also assuming you are seeing your doctor for treatment.

I am assuming you are under the care of a doctor, and are you receiving physical therapy?

With regard to the other things with your toddler, there is no harm in her eating on the floor, no harm in changing diapers on the floor, and no harm putting her in a toddler bed.
