My youngest is abusing drugs...Here we go again

My youngest son 16 is showing signs of drug abuse. His older sibs went through the same thing, but are past it and successful. I am prone to depression, I've been taking lexapro for years, but this has really hit me hard. I recently lost a job. It is the first time in 24 years I've been truley unemployed. How do I stay positive without increasing my meds?

Get help for yourself. Find a therapist (Family Services?) that will help you deal with your feelings of your son's actions. You can only change how you feel and react, not his use of drugs. Don't take that responsibility, it's not yours. It's his mission he has to learn from. Do what YOU have to do to protect yourself, even if it is a temporary change in meds/dosage.
Next, find your closest child that went through this and ask for his/her help with the younger brother. That this is too big for you right now and you need help.
And pray.
Good luck.
