Hi moms here,
I saw a post ( http://www.circleofmoms.com/question/how... ) on how should moms respond when the child says " I hate you". What if parents are busy with their works and have no time for their kids. I got my baby girl in 2013. I was happy to have my barbie dolls. But all that happened after that was, I couldn't go to the office. It was because she wanted me to be with her 24*7. But how can I? I work for an MNC and it is not possible to be with my baby always. She never took food or anything in my absence. The situation was getting worsened as it started affecting her health too. My mom suggested me about appointing a nanny. But I was worried whether it would good to appoint someone that would negotiate my absence. My friend shared a true story( http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/worldnew... ) of a nanny, which again put me in a dilemma. I was in a doubt whether to appoint a nanny and put my baby in danger. But I was badly in need of a nanny to help my baby to be happy, safe and loved. I was depressed, I couldn't concentrate on my works nor I could be with my baby. Was not satisfied with the life I lived. The same friend who send me about that nanny, helped me get a good nanny. She shared a blog ( http://www.diamondpersonnel.com/family-b... )on Fb on my page. That was something about the qualities or criterions of a good nanny. Actually, that was of a good help. I could easily differentiate a good and bad nanny. After reading that I appointed a nanny that actually helped my baby feel awesome and loved. She was more than a nanny for me and my baby. She is like one among my family member. She takes care of my baby like a princess.
Sorry for keeping it long. I couldn't stop myself writing what I faced.
