My daughter is 9 months old and can't get her to go down for naps. I have no problems at bed time. Please help!

Every child is different. Some children need nap time and some don't. As long as she is getting enough sleep at night then she should be ok. My girlfriend has 2 kids that never took naps. She tried everything everyone suggested but nothing worked. They just did not need a nap. I know it was hard for her because she was going non-stop. The only thing I can recommend it make sure you have your daughter on a daily schedule. Kids flourish with structure. Choose a schedule that fits everyone. Make sure you use the same nap time every day. I notice with my son he will only nap after being awake for approx. 5-6hrs. If you try to put him down before that he will not sleep. Also whatever routine you use for bedtime, also do that before nap time. Good luck.
