Go get raw ginger. Use a cheese grater and grate some up, about 2 tbs.(or slice it thin and add about 4 slices) Pour hot water on it. Add sugar or honey and drink.
After awhile it will taste really gross to you but it does settle the stomach.
You can also ask your doctor for nausea pills. Many people swear by them but i've never tried them.
