Thank you for sharing, I've just started him on Focus and Bright Spark and if I don't see results I will look at other options. Will let you know if it arises.

Hi I am new to Circle of Moms and came across your question. =) I know a lady that is a teacher and has a student in her class that struggles with ADHD. She would be a pot of coffee for the child to drink (with permission from parents) while in class so he could somewhat focus and sit still. She was than introduce to Zeal wellness, she loved her results she was having with her Thyroid and other health issues so she asked the parents and they started giving it to him. She noticed within a month that he was more focused and sat still and his grades improved. The child asked to keep taking the Zeal wellness instead of the coffee because he himself saw the results. I was amazed when she told me this story. I love this product called Zeal. I personally take it and my kids (9,5,and 3) take it as well. I do believe that it has help them by building up their immune systems. If you are interested in hearing more about it, let me know =)

Look on site Natural Remedies. My son with executive functioning delay and a heart condition which was contra indicated for drug stimulants uses focus formula with great success now for 4 years.

I recommend actually visiting with your physician and having them recommend a dietician that is familiar with ADHD and appropriate diets, rather than searching the internet and taking advice off of youtube.

Many dietary adjustments can help in ADHD situations. Quite a few people still think that ADHD is a 'made up' condition, but the reality of the situation is that it does exist, and treating is better than waiting for them to 'grow out of it'.

Good luck!

Talk to your pediatrician. See if they can refer you to a dietician that can evaluate your kids diet. They may also be able to refer you to someone actually in the alternative medical field.

I am sure there are natural remedies that will help and I highly recommend using them instead of prescription drugs! If you go on youtube you can find a few different videos that will help you out!!!
