I am guessing this is from pregnancy? More information will help answer your needs. But if it is morning sickness, right before you get out of bed have something really light and easy on your stomach like cheerios. Just keep a stash by your bed. Eat some before getting up and just let it digest for a couple of minutes. I have heard that helps a great deal. Hope you feel better!
