Need advice

My LO is 15 weeks and tried to give him cereal. We tried twice spoon feeding but he wasn't too excited about it. He didn't spit up or choke but got really fussy. I first thought it was taking too long for him I was wondering was it too early? Should I try bottle feeding at first for a bit? FTM, thank you for any suggestions.

15 weeks is still to young to be giving solid food of any sort. It is recommended to wait until after 6 months old. Baby must be able to sit up unsupported, hold own head, have tongue thrusting, and motor skills from hand to mouth. Baby right now should be getting all of his nutrition from breast or bottle right now. Good luck.
