Hello! My kids are SO used to regular commercial carbs (Goldfish crackers, Eggo frozen waffles and pancakes, bread, Cheerios, Cheez-Its, etc) and are very habitual eaters. Any advice for starting to go GF without turning our house upside-down? Is going Casein-free really important to do as well? They love cheese, yogurt and milk.
