OK. Sorry this is going to be a little long but I just want to give a little background. So you can maybe understand and not just think I am some mom who has no idea.. Please read and see if maybe you can help
I am a mom of 3 wonderful children who are my world, I am a stay at home mom, while my husband works. Our oldest Son is 6, Our middle Daughter is 5 and Our youngest Son is just shy of 13 months.
Now I have had problems with the older 2 kids when they were little with DAIRY issues. As our Oldest son had to be on soy milk because he was allergic my breast milk and regular formula. He is now able to have milk with out problems. Our Daughter was born early with a birth defect Called Gastroschisis. { insides outside belly} She was breast fed till I dried up, then we started try didn't formulas nothing worked, {plus she has potty issues from the Gastro} So we met and talked with her Team of Doctors who put her on Goats Milk, She can now handle 8oz of regular milk.
Now here is the Problem:
Our 13 month old son well he has given us a tricky one.. In the hospital the started him on regular formula, no big deal well then he start puking so they switched to soy, he still puked. So we thought maybe he just had a very very Sensitive tummy, So they said try Similac sensitive for gas and fussing. We kept him on the for 5 months him still puking and I mean projectile. They said it was reflux WRONG meds never did help at all.. After 5 months of 2 hours of sleep a night and him acting as if he was in pain all the time we went and got Enfamil Nutramigen hypo allergenic formula that had No Dairy No Soy, this with Gas Drops I had a new baby on my hands. He began cooing, smiling, babbling, sleeping rolling, crawling ect..
That all being said, I spoke with his doctors who have put him on Silk Almond Milk, Works wonderful.. I just really really need help with food items.. Every thing had soy or dairy.
My Question is:
What can you make a dairy free soy free little one..
Am looking for anyone who has ideas or recipes for dairy free soy free and are will to share..
I have been looking since I figured out at 5 months old.. He loves to feed himself which is great but I don't want him to become burnt out on the things we have been able to find that are soy and dairy free... Please please if anyone can help I would greatly appreciated..
Thank you,
