Need help with a raw butt!

Every once in a while (once every 1-2 months) my 2yr daughter will have a day of many bowel movements (3-4) that result in a VERY RAW, sensitive, butt. We change her as fast as we can, but it only takes seconds to minutes for the damage to be done. She literally screams when I try to wipe her that I want to cry with her. I believe it is something she is eating but we haven't been able to figure out what. Any advice in regards to food? Any recommendations for the healing process? THANK YOU!!

I use cornstarch in the diaper on all 3 of my kids.. Still use it on my youngest he just turned a year old this month. As far as food just keep a notebook with everything she eats and the date. That way you can see when she has the most problem what she had that day and start going through the list one at a time to get to the root of the problem. Had to do this with my middle one..
