I found that using my protein shakes that previously had been used for weight loss were a lifesaver with morning sickness. I would love to help anyone who needs it or send a sample. I just took them more often than before. No chewing and not smelling something cooking helped tremendously. Let me know if you need help!

I also had the best result with a protein shake! I was sick as a dog with my first pregnancy. Only a warm bath helped to ease it. During my second pregnancy I discovered SmartMeal protein shake, which nearly took my morning sickness away each day as long as I had a scoop of it first thing in the morning, then again sometimes around 5pm. Invaluable since I had a 18 month old to care for at the time. I now swear by this stuff. I found it here at wholesale. I always ordered it in Vanilla as it was the blandest:

Such a gross part of pregnancy.  Sorry you have been struck by it!  Lemonaide worked for me too...seems like it would have the opposte effect, but my doctor said it had something to do with the acidity or something.  I know someone who set and alarm and actually woke up a couple of times during the night to have some crackers or something so her stomach wouldn't be completely empty when she woke up.  I had to go on Zofran, an anti nausea medicine used for chemo patients, and it did help.  Hope it gets better!

Preggie Pops helped me a little bit, also don't drink when you eat! Lemonade and big soft pretzels does wonders! Ginger and Lavendar were smells that I could handle. I also got a nasea bracelet, it definatly helped! I hope you feel better soon!

I liked to eat dry Cheerios. I'd carry some in a plastic bag with me and nibble a few until the feeling passed. On the up side...morning sickness is a good sign of a normal pregnancy. I hope that helps.

My grandmother told me she used to get a glass of milk and eat a few saltine crackers first thing in the morning, I tried this when I was pregnant and it really worked.  Also key is to eat more frequent small meals
