Need mom feedback

No review is better than first hand accounts from other moms. Our new little one is due June 12. My first is already 7 and a lot has changed since he was a baby. I need recommendations for a crib, breast pump, and baby monitor....any feedback good or bad would be very helpful!
Thanks to everyone!! =)

I love to Medela Double pump, we have a basic monitor by Fisher Price, crib we still had ours from our first two..

Drop side cribs were outlawed at the end of the year because there have been 30 deaths in the last decade (It was a unanimous vote by the Consumer Product Safety Commission to ban the manufacture, sale and resale of the cribs). I have a Sorelle (regal? Regency? I can't remember which one). I've been really happy with it - my daughter used it for 2 years and now my son has had it a year and a half and it practically looks new. I'm a big fan of the medela breast pumps - the double let me pump in 20 minutes vs an hr with a single so it saved a lot of time.
I do not recommend the summer day and night monitor. The picture quality is poor and the battery is awful - I've never been able to unplug it because it dies 5 minutes later. I'm actually looking at just getting a regular security camera because I can use it later for home security and you can get quality ones for the same amount as the baby monitors

I use the Leksvik crib from IKEA. It's nice if you're shorter, because it's a bit lower to the ground than most other cribs. Plus, it's sturdy, easy to assemble, and is reasonably priced. I wouldn't bother getting a drop-side crib -- they all get recalled sooner or later, it seems.

Can't help you with the other two items, I'm afraid.
