My 6 month old goes down for her naps without to much of a fuss. But wakes every 1-2 hours at night. I am a single working mom so letting her cry it out doesn't work for me! Can I hire someone to help me sleep train my little girl. She is the happiest baby during the day but gets very frustrated at night. I have tried so many things and I'm at my wits end!

The book "On Becoming Baby Wise" by Gary Ezzo and Robert Bucknam has helped me a lot! I don't believe in everything they say but I use what I agree with and leave the rest. The pattern used is supposed to train a child to sleep through the night by eight weeks. I am a breastfeeding mom of 10 and I don't do it exactly the way they say to but I do use the sleep, eat, nap pattern and it works very well for our family. Check the library, they may have it.
