need some advice for baby with milk sensitivity

[deleted account] ( 1 mom has responded )

My son is now 10 months, and i'm looking for snack and menu ideas, which need to take into consideration a strong sensitivity to milk, or something in it... He has some pretty bad eczema so I also try to limit foods with high acidity as it seems to trigger it as well. He eats really well, and pretty much will eat anything he can feed himself, but the menu pretty much consists of; rice, sweet potatoes, carrots, corn, peas, beans, apples, mango's and red pepper. Would love to give him a little more variety as he seems to be getting bored.

any ideas appreciated!

pastas, tofu, tomatoes, potatoes, hot dogs, soy milk, cheerios, oatmeal or cream of wheat (can be made with water or soy, almond, or other ''lactose free'' options),
