My son is ten weeks old. I am worried with following:
1. Cradle cap and fungal infection in lower parts of his body
2. lack of sleep
3. craving for milk (height and weight 90th percentile)
4. screaming
5. hyper some times
6. not looking at me when bf (but he already smile and say something in his own language)
7. reflux and digestive issues
I think he is good with all milestones. Do I have to worry? I am 41. First child.
If I have to worry what I should do? We vaccinated him already (Hep B and 2 month regular vaccine)

I am here again. My son is 12 months old now. In between I was not worried and started again now. My son makes good eye contact; very friendly with others; easily going good with other kids; The following made me worry.
1. Not waving or clapping yet; but he is pointing
2. No words yet.
3. No copying like tongue out
4. Always making grunting vocals
5. Always tapping things in hand (almost like hand flapping); sometimes both hands
6. Babbling only dadada

Again do I need to worry? His ped so far telling he is ok and everything is normal. Still we didn't have 12 month appointment.

Vaccines have nothing to do with autism. Your baby sounds normal. Unless he is ill and the doctor advises you against it, then yes, I'd continue with the vaccines.

Are you kidding me? HE IS 10 WEEKS OLD!!!! No child gets diagnosed at this age anyway, but most of what you have described is normal. What is NOT normal is you looking so much for something wrong with your baby. I think you need to go and talk to someone about your incredible paranoia about something being wrong with your baby, because this is not healthy for you. It is clearly causing you stress, which isn't good for you or your baby.
