I don't have any children in that age group, since my only daughter and child is 12 years old. My suggestion is be a little more strict on her because her behavior is unacceptable. Everytime you catch her talking back at you, stomping, being disrespectful to her younger sibling, just take stuff away! My daughter never acted that way before but she used to make groaning noises, then I'd give her warnings and tell her she's a late preteen, and not a 2 year old. Then she will eventually stop because I started to become strict on her. I said no computer or iPod touch for a week if she acts out. I know it's preteen stuff, but your 4 year old also needs to stop being like that! I wouldn't try to ignore her behavior because a 4 year old is older than a 2 year old, so the older girl needs to treat her brother the respect that all mothers expect.
