Negative pregnancy tests, still feel pregnant! What should I do?

I have taken 3 at home pregnancy tests, I've gone to patient first for blood work a little over 2 weeks ago and it was negative. My fiancee and I are in hopes of having our first child soon, but taking all of these tests and coming back negative is a little depressing. I have all of the symptoms from nausea, constipation, headaches, frequent urination, mood swings, thick and milky odorless vaginal discharge, darkening of my areolas, and dizziness. I don't know what to do! Should I schedule a sonogram/ultrasound or should I just wait it out? But I don't want to be one of the moms that doesn't enjoy her pregnancy because I didn't know I was pregnant until 3 months later.

We have no idea. If you are that convinced then see your doctor. There could be a number reason why you haven't had your period and it's not just pregnancy.

I haven't had my menstrual in 2 months. The thing is I've been reading posts on here and women have been pregnant and have gotten negative test results all throughout their pregnancies and have only known for sure that they were expecting when they got an ultrasound and seen an OB. So I just thought it might be a possibility I'd fall into that category.

The more you wish for it the more you imagine all the symptoms etc.
If you have had a blood test done then the chances are very slim that you're pregnant.
How long since you missed your period?
My main suggestion is to calm down and stop trying so hard, the stress of wanting to conceive can also stop your period.
