Neocate required for rash on back?

I exclusively breastfed my 5,5 month old for the first four months of life and had to begin supplementing with formula at that point to get her through the day while I was at work (went back to work when she was 12 weeks). Started with Enfamil
Newborn, which made her gassy and she developed a rash all over her back and back of arms, then gentlease which helped the gas but the rash remained, then nutramigen which helped the rash a bit but it didn't go away. Now doc says it must be a milk protein allergy and says I need to supplement with neocate. I don't have enough breastmilk saved to get her through Monday while I'm at work and she won't drink the neocate. I have tried mixing breast milk in, adding a tiny bit of alcohol free vanilla flavor, making it very warm - nothing is working. Help! Should I just try organic? I can't imagine that the baby has a milk allergy!
