My daughter is in the Navy and has to go on the ship for 3 wks. I will be getting my grandbaby for the time that she is away. She will be 4 months old when I get her. I have put my children in daycare before when they were older but with her being an infant I feel so uneasy. I tried to take off of work for 3 wks. but my supervisor isn't haven't it. My nerve's are rattled!! Any suggestions!!

Oh wow. What a lot to have to handle. I think at 4 months she'll be fine in daycare. Just make sure you check into every daycare. You have to do what you have to do. Unfortunately. It's going to be hard but I think you'll be fine :)

Plus it's only 3 weeks. Can your supervisor give you ONE week off to get adjusted? That would be helpful. If not even a few days for crying out loud. She/he can't be that callous. That's what I would suggest.
