Hi, so I went to visit my family in Wisconsin and am still currently here. My husband is in Oregon with our 2 children. I had to leave them behind since they have school and I was only planning on being gone a week. Now my problem, my husband calls me and tells me he does not want me to come back and that if I did he won't let me take my kids back to Wisconsin with me. Idk how to go about this. I'm scared I won't be able to have my babies back! His family is behind him 100%. I can't go there.

Well, you MAY be able to file in Wisconsin then. But I don't know the laws there. As I said, you are probably going to need a lawyer. Kidnapping them back is probably not a great idea.

We didn't originally live in Oregon we just got there not even 2 months ago. Both my kids were born in Wisconsin

There is no reason you can't go back - that is your marital home. He can't refuse you entry to your own home. However, in saying that, he CAN prevent you taking the children to Wisconsin to live. You can't legally move them away from a parent without permission of the courts, and if you do, and he files against you, the court could order you to return them and you could lose custody.

Right now, I would suggest you go back and live in the house (as long as he isn't violent, of course). If he wants you out, he can go to hell. I am assuming, anyway, that it is your marital home.

I would then get yourself a good lawyer because it sounds like you might need one - he has clearly thought this out.
