My son has just turned one this past Christmas so he's moving onto a lot of new things. I am a stay at home mom and I don't have any family or friends on this side of the country so hopefully y'all can help me with my questions...
1. What are good finger food breakfasts that are cheap?
&
2. What are some finger snacks he's allowed to eat that are cheap?

The reason why I say cheap is because my husband and I are going off of an E-2 Army salary and rent takes away most of it.
Please help me, I'm worried Jethro isn't eating enough or like he should be...

My little one loves eggs! Especially the yokes! I cook up an egg and I eat the whites and cut up the yoke and he can pick it up and it eat. You could also do scrambled. Also cooked apples, just dice and apple and add a tiny bit of water to a pot and cook until form. Also try "pancakes" made from bananas and eggs, or do real pancakes. I make mine with whole grain organic mix (or make your own mix) and add applesauce instead of oil or water and also add chunks of fruit (strawberries, apples, blueberries etc). Hope that helps!!

you can make easy healthy snack by mixing one and a half cups of oatmeal with a cup of applesauce and two mashed bananas, mix all ingredients well then drop on cookie sheet and bake for about 8minutes at 350. make sure they are completely cool before letting your little guy try. give him small bites to start.
