Any suggestion or ideas that could help so I can continue without killing myself off would be greatly appreciated. Prior to having my daughter I worked full time and knew how to juggle life and my condition but at the moment I am starting to struggle.

Prior to H, I had amitryiline and exercising 3-5 times a week which keep me mobile, with occasional pain killer, plus used a power plate and intra-red sauna over pain killers where possible. but since H has arrived, I got masditus and after that my body crashed, had to introduce some formula as my supply changed when I crashed, I have an amazing husband and family for support which are helping whenever I ask (I can be my own worse enemy however I am asking as I don't want H to suffer). I have started exercises since she was 2 and a half weeks old gently to control the pain levels however when excessively fatigued not possible I am not wanting to restart the tablets as I might not wake up of a night time when I am needed. If I am having a really bad day assistance is there. I know I need to get back into a low GI diet which helped before.

You are only 6 weeks postpartum, it takes time for your body to settle down and for you to find your rhythm. Do you have help? Try to get as much rest as you can and stick a nutritious diet. My MIL swears that avoiding refined sugar and flour have helped her symptoms immensely. How did you manage your chronic condition prior to baby.
