Ok ... So my first cousin just had a baby at 25 weeks gestation... and I dont know what to DO ... I dont want to do nothing ... but it feels awkward to make the customary visit to the hospital with gifts to oooohhh and ahhhh over the baby ... I dont want to do nothing ... but I also dont want to do the wrong thing ... any suggestions ?

I think she will love a visit. I had my daughter at 32 weeks and I had very high blood pressure the next two days, plus baby was barely stable, It was very frighting,I was lucky I had my family to pull me through.

She'll be scared and want need your support.
As what to do, just ask if she needs anything and let her know she's in your thoughts. It will mean alot to your cousin.

Well, both mom and baby are stable, but at this point I wouldn't say that either of them is "OK" ... She had eclapsia bad enough she was siezing so she will not offfically be out of the woods for 48 hours or so ... and the baby is stable, but less than 2 pounds and having a lot of assistance

What do you mean? Go and visit, like she/he is a normal baby. I mean is the baby ok?
