Hi there, I need some advice. My son just started with a new sitter who is amazing and does so many fun things with the kids but every morning and all day long he is having emotional breakdowns. He other sitter he was with for almost 3 years and i never had a problem with dropping him there. Now i am. He will be 4 in November and i have never had a problem with leaving him anywhere but now i am. He keeps saying now he wants a different sitter but i know it will be the same issues as we are having now. I dont want to go through the process of finding yet another one that can work with our schedule and his school schedule. Does anyone have any advice that can make the transition easier. Again we have never had an issue leaving him anywhere ever he goes anywhere and has fun. Could his emotional outbreaks be caused buy growing pains? he has been eating non stop latley and is always tired as well. I am looking for any advice as i am desperate as i dont want to loose this sitter.

He also has not been sleeping well either up every night and wants in our room. We have let it because we are so tired to fight it and suggestions to get him to stay in his room all night. I am one tired MAMA

I would say the issues at the sitter are stemming from the little man being over tired. I would work on getting his night schedule back in order and this should help him during the day. Both my children have a really hard time sleeping at night so we put a little melotonin in my daughters cup to help her fall asleep since we got her turned around we don't have near the outbursts
