I have a 5 year old son that was just diagnosed with ADHD. I noticed my child was a little different at age 3 but its way out of control and this is all so new for me and my family. I DO NOT want to subject him to meds and I need some advice about natural safe alternatives. I am fighting off depression at this point and have no time for that with 4 children and a husband...Any suggestions or feedback I will take them all.....Help!!!!!!!

Im sorry we are past that. He is too out of control to complete any activity. He does not complete school work and a fight to get homework done. He daydreams, has meltdowns that last up to 2 hours, hums often, can't focus at all its just too much. I think I might be onto something between synaptol, bright spark, and focus formula. I am willing to try them all at this point.
