Hi ladies! I am 25 years old stay at home mommy and have a 10 month old baby girl. I am currently waiting to go the rheumatologist because my doctor believes I have RA. Currently my left hand is swollen as well as my right knee and ankle. My left knee was recently drained of fluid and I got a cortisone shot so that knee feels fine for the moment. Although not swollen I have pain my right elbow shoulder and recently my hips.
This all really started when I had my daughter. I feel so crumby and its effecting my parenting. In the morning I can barely walk and my hand hurts so bad I can barely grip anything. But I have grit my teeth and pick up my baby and start my day. I almost dropped her this morning. I can barely walk and I'm so scared im going to hurt her trying to get her ready in the morning. I can't take baths by myself or with my daughter anymore because I can't get out of the tub, I can't crawl on the floor with my baby because it hurts and I can't get off the floor. I just don't understand how people can do this with a baby. ANY advice would be appreciated.
