Good! That is awesome!

As long as you stay sober, and the baby doesn't test positive for anything (they will test the baby, due to your past), then they should not take baby. But, you still may have to expect more supervision, more visits, etc, to make sure that you're staying sober.

You can do this, and so far it sounds as if you're doing well. Keep it up! Once they see that you're remaining clean & sober, they'll start integrating your other children back into your home. Hopefully that will be sooner, rather than later.

If your other children were removed because of you having an addiction problem, and you have not fixed that problem, yet are still having children, then yes, they can, and most likely will be removed immediately from your custody.

You need to get a handle on your life, and stay sober before you can be a good parent. And, since you are speaking in plural, this indicates that you've not just abused one child by ingesting alcohol, but more than one, with another coming up.

Children who are born to alcoholic mothers have medical and health problems stemming from their mother's poor choice to indulge. The sooner they are removed from that situation, the sooner that mitigating treatment can start, and the children can have a somewhat normal life.

Get sober! Stay sober! Prove that you have, and that you can succeed, and you should be able to regain custody of your children. Good luck!

If you are still drinking then yes they can. If you are pregnant, yes they will be involved no matter what. If you don't want them to remove this child then don't drink.
