No Carb, No Egg, No tomatoes meal plan needed-Mommy 911

The Dr. just informed me that my 7 yr. daughter needs to lose weight. She can't have any carbs (good carbs still ok) or milk and she's allergic to eggs and tomatoes. I need help in coming up with creative meal plan ideas that don't seem like a diet. Especially for breakfast and lunch. She will have to start taking her lunch to school (which she likes to do) because If left to her own devices , she won't choose wisely. I can't see giving her lettuce wraps everyday. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Check out the Paleo diet. It is centered on eating the same diet our ancestors ate--unprocessed, natural foods. It is also very light on carbs because it is based on the "hunting and gathering" lifestyle, which didn't include farming wheat for breads and pastas.
I follow this diet because, believe it or not, it works wonders for managing my ADD. It is an easy diet, and doesn't feel like a diet at all.

Here is a link to a blog that I like. She posts lots of good recipes that aren't too difficult or time consuming (I'm a crappy cook). You can also just google "Paleo diet recipes" and come up with tons of results. http://nomnompaleo.com/recipeindex
