My babys father violated his no contact order with me after being charged with second degree assault and I am pregnant. What will happen to him? does anybody have experience with this?
he is a repeat offender for violence.
he is out on only a $200 bail! it was $2,000 before the bail bonds... but this is rediculous.

He was arrested early fathers day morning with the no contact order, his court date isn't until monday and he violated the current no contact order, he was arrested early this morning and now i guess his mom is bailing him out. what a messed up world, parents should let their children do the time if they do the crime, it was bad enough she bailed him out on more then 1 occasion for assaulting me, while pregnant...

You already went to court with an ex parte hearing telling the judge he violated the order and he went to jail and is out on bail from this violation? This doesn't sound right. Call the DA. I don't have experience with this, but this is what I know what to do from friends.
