My 19 yr old wants to be successful. He wants to move to Seattle, WA, and thinks he can be a writer and maybe get into the movies. He has breath stream problems and although he's not a bad writer, he lacks some details that make his writing exciting. He has poor hygiene and a small amount of interests. That also affects his writing. He has one friend but that friend is a really bad influence on him. Thankfully they can't meet too much because he's moved to another city. He really needs a plan B and I suggested he get an associates degree so he has something to fall back on until he "makes it big". In high school he picked up a lot of bad habits about school work. He would participate but wouldn't turn in his homework. He'd do the work but then no turn it in. Is he afraid to grow up by not doing anything with his life?? Since he's graduated, he worked for 3 weeks at a Walmart and left because he ate an opened bag of Jerkey. They didn't fire him and I was the one that told them which was really hard to do. They even offered for him to come back but there was very little management. He would have to look for someone to tell him what they wanted him to focus on. Since Walmart, he has no job, made no effort to take classes and just sits around eating and complaining. I think he has it made here because I'm doing most of the work and when he actually does help with a chore I wind up re-doing it. He's a smarter guy then everyone treats him like he is
