Yes, it is!! I discovered I had two cysts when I was 19. One of them was huge and I had one whole ovary removed and the other a bit reduced. I started to try to get pregnant at about 34. Three years, nothing, although all the analysis results were ok. I enlisted for ICSI and was waiting for the call from the hospital when I found out I was pregnant (almost 37 y o)! Completely naturally, probably I had just relaxed and stopped thinking about it while waiting for the call. When my baby girl was 8 months old I discovered I was pregnant again (about 39 y o)! We hadn't paid attention bc we thought the first one had been a miracle! Doctors had always told me there were no problems in having children even with one ovary, but I must say that I always had a bad feeling about it since my operation... this was maybe the cause of my initial difficulty: too much thought and tension is a real obstacle to fertility, although I wasn't aware of it.
