I have had 2 children by c section. They are 1 year and 364 days apart and had no complications.

If you were to get pregnant now, your children would be 22 or 23 months apart, which follows the recommended 18 month rule! I'm also assuming you will have another c section, since you've already had two, so you don't need to worry about rupturing during labor. My doctor told me it's best to be giving birth at least one year after the c section, and again, you have already hit that mark. So it should be ok now, but it wouldn't hurt to ask your doctor! Good luck!

Considering that on one site I saw that it's recommended to wait 18+ months after a c section birth...

I would recommend that you do some research, speak with your physician, and weigh whether the risks of low birth weight, smaller gestational size, preterm birth and rupture of your uterine wall would outweigh the benefits of having another so close in age to your youngest.

Well, like I said. If your physician thinks that you're ok to go again, go ahead. Personally, I'd wait. But that's me.
