Well, if he's not done anything other than "try to get the child off you", which I'm taking to mean he's TRIED TO BE INVOLVED WITH HIS CHILD, then you have no right to NOT let him be involved.

If the courts decide he's to be involved, and you determine on your own that you don't want to give him access to 'your' child (she's not YOUR possession, by the way, she's a human being with TWO parents whom she deserves to know), then you stand the chance of losing custody all together.

Your best course of action is to secure a family attorney, outline your concerns, and request that his visitation be supervised by a court assigned supervisor.

Is the order for yourself, or for your children? If the order is for the children, and is going to expire in november, get a new one in place.

If it's for you, same goes.

You don't take him back, that's what you do.
Do you have proof? Why haven't charges been laid? Seriously this really doesn't make sense. What does a "non-molestation" order mean?
