non sleeping nights

Dear mums, my baby girl is nine months old and i still breast feed her. The problem is that it seems only impossible to sleep nowadays. She wakes up to nurse around ten times a night and as a result, i am always exhausted the next morning and completely out of energy and too tired to take care of her or even have the quality time i should be having with her.
I even had to move to evening shifs at work because of that, as i refuse to give up and stop breasrfeeding her.
Please help with any suggestion or advice you find helpful.

Start co-sleeping. Sounds like she is comfort feeding, or using you as a pacifier instead of actually feeding. You can offer her a pacifier, but usually once they are this age, introducing one is usually useless. You may need to break her of the midnight feedings, which can be tricky, and may cost you a few extra sleepless nights.
