I got out of a domestic violence relationship, we have share custody of our 6 year old but he got residential since I have a 9 yr old(not his kid) with ADHD, ODDX SEPARATION ANXIETY, ASTHMA, DEPRESSION and possible SPD and a 2yr old (not his kid) we agreed on no child support but now he wants to file for it but since I have to take my 9 yr old to psychologist every week at least once every week and one or twice a month with his psychiatry I can't work since no one wants to take care of him... my question is can my ex husband still get me for child support since I don't and can't work? Not that I don't want to but I can't right now... I do see my kid on every visitation I have

He goes to a regular school that has lots of special kids, he has a 504 plan and getting a review from school psychologists to get special clases, I do not receive no government help for me just for my 9 yr old and my two yr old (food stamps only) but they are not his kids only the 6 yr old that live with him, since I don't work I have no money for a lawyer :/

Do you have a lawyer? Is your 9 year old in any sort of school? I am sorry, you sound like you are in a tough situation. I am not sure if he would get child support if your finances back up your situation. Are you receiving government help? So many questions, but really this would be best for a lawyer. Every state is different with their laws. GTood luck momma.
