Not Crawling... ;-(

My oldest girl (she will be 3 on the 22nd) never actually crawled. She did a kind of a crab walk (both hands and one knee) until she realized she could get from A to B on her feet and then it was run, run, run.
My youngest (now 17 months) didn't start crawling until she was almost 10 months, then went straight from that to walking just after she turned 1. Some kids never crawl, some crawl for a really long time. I would give her time, and encourage her whenever she does show signs of mobility (crawling or otherwise).

My younger son didn't crawl really at all. He would pull himself across the floor like an injured soldier though at around 8 months. He furniture walked for a bit and then was walking by a year. There are many babies who skip crawling completely.

My daughter is 11 months she doesn't crawl! She scoots around on her butt to get to places. She has just started using furniture to pull her self up and slowly starting to cruise along furniture. I don't think she'll ever crawl, she doesn't even roll over so you have nothing to worry about!

My son, who is 17 months now, actually never crawled, he just started walking at about 9-10 months. Is your daughter showing any interest in walking at all? If she is, then she might just do that. Even if she's not interested in walking either, I wouldn't worry yet. She's still young, and I'm sure she'll crawl soon enough.

My now 13 month old didn't really start crawling until she was 10 months. She was soooooo laid back I never thought she would move. She really started walking at 11 months and has not stopped moving since. So don't rush it, enjoy being able to know where she is.
