This could be a sign that he isn't in a major growth period. Toddlers are very active also at this age and tend to want drinks rather than food to fill up on so they can quench their thirst from playing and not have to sit down. One suggestion is cut out juices and milks or other beverages about 1 hour before snack or meal times. Then he will have more of an appetite. Make the foods fun so he wants to sit. Like a plate of raw veggies and fruit with cheese grated and arrange into a goofy face with the cheese as hair or mustache. My kids loved this.

Hasn't eaten at all? Not one bite? There were definitely times my toddlers ate such a tiny bit I would worry. Does he take a bottle still? If so, he make be drinking so much that he feels full and does not want to eat. Then because he did not eat, you give him more to drink. Also, what does he drink?
