Not losing weight

I had my beautiful baby boy almost 5 months ago. I lost about 20 pounds right after I had him. I ended up gaining 5 back so now I need to lose around 30 or so to back at pre pregnancy weight. I feel like I have hit this weight and I'm stuck. I'm not losing anything and I'm bf only. I need some help. Also I work 40 hours a week but I pump while at work.

Breastfeeding does not mean you will lose weight. Some people don't start to lose until they stop breastfeeding completely. Make sure you are eating right and exercising. Also know that weight loss is a process. Doctors say to give yourself at least a year to get the weight off. You did not gain all the weight in 5 months.....if you are losing it in a healthy manner it is going to take awhile to get it off. Another thing to realize is that not always are you going to get to the weight you were pre-pregnancy. Your body has changed and with those changes may come added weight. If you are in the healthy category for your height and weight then you are where you are suppose to be.
