i am ready for baby number 2, and so is hubby! but. . . . as per dr. orders and hubby and i agree. i need to loose weight first. i gained about 80 lbs with the first ( she is 4 months now) so i went into labour at 231 lbs and now i am down to 185 lbs. i need to get to 150 lbs before we can pull the goalie. my hope is to be down to my goal in 6 months or less. (i know i will probly take longer, but i want to do this as healthy as possible since i want to get pregnant right away so my body is ready)
so ladies how did you loose your baby weight, and well any weight loss.
IDEAS PLEASE!!! hubby and i have baby fever!
