PLEASE HELP ME I FEEL LIKE DEATH.....THIS MORNING SICKNESS IS ABOUT TO BE THE DEATH OF ME(or atleast it feels that way) ITS NOT JUST IN THE MORNING ITS ALLLLLLLL DAY LONG I NEED SOME ADVICE ON GOOD FOOD AND DRINKS! THANKS

Here are some tricks that might help if you have not already tried them.
1.Have a stack of soda crackers by your bed and before you get up in the morning eat a couple.

2. Do lots of small snacks/meals throughout the day. Ironically an empty stomach you are more likely to feel nauseated.

3. Walk or do exercise. I know that is the furthest thing from your mind, but it really does help. The chemicals you release when you walk or even exercise help with both the morning sickness and your energy level. >>>>>This one helped me TONS in both the morning sickness and the energy level. It was hard to drag myself to get moving, but after I did I was SO glad.

4. If it is really bad talk with your OB......sometimes there are meds they can give to help.
