Once breech, twice breech

i had my daughter 6 months ago by emergency c-section cos she was breech although nobody figured that out till id been in labour for 11 hours, i hated having a section i do not want another one, anyway i have been told that if you have a breech baby then chances are your next one will be breech. Is there any truth to that?

my first was a breech baby and i had him natural, and if this next one is ill be trying the same even though i think this one will go head down, however the chances ARE double the rate of other mothers a total of something like 8% so you still have a 92% chance of headdown :)

so i wouldnt stress over it and the baby can flip headdown right up into labour anyway

i had 7 normal deliveries, my 8th was head down, had appointment at ante natel they siad his head was down. 4 am next morning i had a scan they found out the baby was breech. i had to hav an emergency c sec. my uterus was very fleexible that why he turned so quick.

I have never heard that. Each pregnancy is different and all babies can turn at any time too. I had a VBAC and it was such a great experience. If that is what you want do your research and find a doctor who is totally supportive also it is advised to wait 1-2 years before getting pregnant again to help the scar totally heal. Congrats on your baby!
