One breast playing up, what can I do?

My 7 week old is exclusively BF and all has been going relatively well until a few days ago. I had an abundant supply on both sides and was pumping evenly occasionally between feedings (between 2-4oz each session, about twice a day) until I got a plugged duct a few days ago on the right side accompanied with a fever and chills etc. I think I have unclogged it by feeding tons on that side and taking hot showers, but now that side seems to have a lower supply as it is now only pumping maximum .5oz and it feels a numb on one side when I compress it. When I compress milk comes out, but my son seems less satisfied with that side now and for the first time I have started switching sides during feeds. Does anyone know what this is and how I can fix it?

You are always best seeing your doctor with any problems. It could be mastitis but we can't diagnose over the internet.
