At 3 wks old all he should be getting is breastmilk. It is not unusual for a 3 wk old to be nursing every 1-2 hrs around the clock. The more he nurses the more milk you will produce. Breastmilk is on a supply and demand. So the more demand the more supply you build up. If you are concerned you can talk to your doc or a laction consultant. If you are unable to produce enough for what your baby needs your doc may want you to suppliment with formula. Until a baby is 6 months old only breastmilk and formula should be the only thing fed to your baby. Even at 6 months many docs do not recommend adding juice. Orange juice is VERY citrus and can be VERY hard on an infants stomach. Most docs will say to stay away from orange juice even if you do juice at 6 months.

Citric allergies are very common. ONe of the reasons they do not want you introducing new foods or anything other than breast milk or formula until later is to avoid causing allergies and reactions now. If your kid is 3 WEEKS old, they only need formula or breast milk.
If you feel he isn't fulfilled with breastfeeding, consider supplementing with formula, but DO NOT introduce juice at this age
