And if she get excitement she will clap her hands . She speaks mama papa nana thatha and few worda but she dont know the meaning , if i ask what dog says and what cat says she will give response . She knows everything she understanda my mood . She will bring her shoes and jacket if we are going outside and i say anything to bring then she ill bring that one ... She will point to some boby parts ..
The only thing i m worrying about is hand clapping head shaking and became excited when she see the other child .. I said the whole story to my dictor but she said no need to worry ... Any suggestions plzzzx

Clapping hands when she's excited is fine. It's reasonable to clap when you're excited The concern would be if she was clapping when it wasn't reasonable, or if she never got excited, or if she was excited by completely inappropriate things.

Toe walking is normal in children under the age of two. Kids don't start out walking normally. It takes time to learn to walk properly. Doctors want to see kids outgrow toe walking by the age of three. If your daughter gets to be about 2.5 and she's still doing it consistently it's reasonable to start looking for causes and to start thinking about treatment. Our youngest was treated for toe walking by the Shriners.

For most toddlers, head shaking is just a way of calming or soothing themselves, burning off extra energy or relieving stress. Since she's doing it when she's excited it's completely explainable. Our kids are all neurotypical and they often shook their heads because they likely the way their hair swished and shook.

It's all normal. That is your baby's way of communicating. Every child is different so just because another child doesn't act the same way doesn't mean there is anything wrong.

I agree with your doctor. Your daughter's language and social development sound very good. She uses gestures to communicate even if she doesn't point. I wouldn't worry. Not all babies point. Not pointing is worrisome if a baby doesn't point and also lacks other social and language skills.
