Hello everyone! Please help me, i need your comments and advises. i had fed my 3 months old son with 1 scoop formula to 1 oz water. i had done this since he was 2 weeks until 3 months.. his dosage was 2 oz a day from 2 weeks to 2.5 months since i am also a breastfeed mom. since i resume for work, it increased to 6 oz a day, still the mixture was 1:1 ratio. So ignorant of me, only lately that i read the direction, and it supposed to be 1 scoop to 2 oz of water. Oh my God, i overfed my son! i know over scooping is seriously not good to our babies. What would possibly its effect to my son? I'm horrified with the possible effect. Please help me with your brilliant answers. Thank you! Anabella Apareci-Tenorio

If the mixing error was a huge problem you would have noticed your son having trouble. This isn't the end of the world, especially since you were nursing too and it wasn't like he was only getting extra concentrated formula. Don't worry. Mention it to your doctor at the next visit, but I wouldn't worry.
